You probably need to adjust the Sea Salt amount in your salt-water flush.
The recipe calls for 2 teaspoons of Sea Salt in 4 cups of warm water. Make sure you are measuring 2 level teaspoons (heaping teaspoons can throw it off).
First try using a little less salt (like 1/4 teaspoon less). If you don't get better results that morning; on the next morning, try using 1/4 teaspoon more.
The recipe of 2 teaspoons is probably the correct ratio for most people's salt/water balance. But, some people will have to make slight adjustments.
