help me survive

Hello,
I am a bulimic trying to recover. I had a terrible week with several bulimic attacks followed by vomitting. and now I have horrible pain all the time around my left ear and left side of my jaw. My salivary glands are swollen. I had checked with my dentist and he doesn't see any dental problem, also the pain is mostly a deep pain in the tissue or joints. Do you thin it is TMJ? and what can I do to stop it, no pain killer works. please help me, it is killing me. Tweet
