I think it was TMJ and I have got imediate relief

Hi everyone ,

I think I have been suffering from TMJ for the last 3 to 4 months which i think started due to having my mouht open for so long during dentist visits ... My symptoms included what felt like a strained and very tense jaw muscle , saw neck , tooth like pain symptoms and some other things... I know I have candida and leaky gut and psoariasis as a result of this which I got rid of for 3 years but I wanted to get it back so I can study more and help others....

Anyway , the pain from the Jaw had trippled in the last 3 days and my ears started ringing... I was going crazy... I started reading again on all my problems and put 2 and 2 together... Ages ago I did a Liver Flush , The DR clarks method and felt so good for about 2 weeks , Thinking it was the Liver Flush that made my anxiety go away and made me feel pain free was the correct assumption but I didnt realise the component behind this was actually the Epsolm salts (MAGNESUIM SULPHATE ) yes thats right the magnesium is the bottom line in my case !! The leaky gut leaks it , the Candida steals it which leaves probably none for me hehe...Magnesium is so important to the body , do some searches on it here and youll be amazed at some of the info around regarding it..

Anyway , it all clicked this morning so I dosed up one teaspoon of epsolm salts into a cup of water , AMAZING within about 5 mins my pain in my jaw dropped to mearly nothing and it has continued like that all day , and I feel very positive again and not so depressed.. I just took a dose again now at night and already I feel the pain going away even more... IF you have this problem please try some form of magnesium , I know there are some combinations of magnesium which are no good , So I can only vouch for myself using the epsolm salts ...
