Is it TMJ

Hello - I am new to the forum, I really need some advice. I have been to my Dr., an ENT, and my dentist for my symptoms, which I believe are TMJ related. My symtoms are: ringing in the right ear, pain in the side of my neck/ear, jaw popping, jaw tenderness, tingling in the back of my head near my right ear, neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain. I am missing teeth on the upper and lower in the back. I have partials but I can't always wear them due to how they fit. My Dr. tells me to see the ENT, the ENT tells me it is TMJ and to see my dentist, my dentist tells me that all ENT's say it's Dental related and he doesn't have any faith in ENT's. So, I have gone through hoops to find out what is wrong and still no one can tell me. I am so frustrated at this point. Can anyone offer me advice? Does anyone share my symptoms and has TMJ?
