is this tmj

i have had these symptoms on and off for 30 years can you help as they are getting more serious and continuous

facial pain, pain below ears and ears fell full, teeth ache at times, neck sore and back of head throbs, nose at side hurts as if slightly blocked, area round cheek bones swollen on right side. feel really horrible arm pits, arms and fingers and feet needles and pins. CAT and MRI scans show nothing wrong with sinus area, have visiited ent and nuerologist nothing they also say. Visiting Alternative practictioner who has a VEGA check machine which does show problems on right side jaw and head area and he is treating me for TMJ. but I don't have this clicking popping sound that everyone talks of.
