Re:Pounding/Heartbeat in earsaa

Hello, I am new to this forum. I happened by it while searching out some natural cures. I thought I would tell you about my story. I too have had TMJ for some years now. I have had the pounding heartbeat in my ears along with a series of other problems. But after not being able to handle the pounding and having it checked out over a long period of years, each time I would always be told the same thing. The blood pressure was extremely high and was the pounding heartbeat I was hearing. I started taking the natural approach and chose to handle it by eating grapes and watermellon. Then after two or three hours after eating these foods I would go to the drugstore and use the bloodpressure machine. And sure enough the bloodpressure was down to normal. No more pounding heartbeat with distorted sounds, all gone. Occasionally it returns and I have to clean up the diet again with no Sugar and salt. I am so excited to be here at the forum and see so many new ways to handle my own health issues. New to me that is. I would like to take the time and says thanks to all of you posting and giving me hopes to turn this ole body around. Tweet
