Thanks Blueduck. A tech at my ISP warned me about the version that does everything. He did recommend the Anti virus only version. Any thoughts about that?

In an unrelated issue, he also recommended a free version of spyware called "Spybot" after I told him that lately I had been deluged with Popups even though I had a Popup killer installed on my machine.

I downloaded it 3 days ago and the thing identified about a dozen programs (cookies) that had been put on my machine to track my travels and provide advertisement access to my machine.

The next day another 10, and today about 6. I haven't had a popup since.
