Whenever you start seeing the same numbers all the time, it's a kind of "cosmic hug" as Kryon would put it. Have you ever read the Celestine Prophecy? The first principle mentions this phenomena. When we're ready to be more open to expansion and the fact that there's more to reality than our perception would have us believe, our Guides/Angels start "hugging" us as a way to say "we are here! we are here! you're not alone!" :) it's a wake-up call to a more expanded reality that includes more dimensions.

The numbers themselves have meaning too of course. 2 is the number of balance, accessing the wisdom of the subconscious and intuition (Guide Talk/Higher Self communication). 22 is a master number for Buddha, or Master Builder.

9/11 is the call to give intent to move forward and raise your vibration. Since the tragedy of 9-11 which was a manifestation of this vibration shift, people have to "get off the fence" and either become aligned with the new paradigms and energy that are available now for one and all that allow for abundance, world peace, longer life, self-reliance etc., or stick with the old energy of drama, emotional addiction, giving up one's power, etc.
