personal year: 6 as of last b-day, so next year will be a triumphant year if she's been working hard and effectively. :)

One of the reasons she works so hard is she worries about the future. She has to learn that yes, preparation for the future is important, however, be in the NOW. She's very powerful spiritually, so all she has to do is talk to her guides very clearly about her needs and goals and the "coincidences" will start piling up and she'll find that her perceived "problems" disappear like smoke. :)

If the boss is totally inflexible, however, and keeps telling her "NO" to everthing she needs, then that is a clear sign from the universe that this is not the place she needs to be. When we're going in the best direction for us, things tend to work out with just a little bit of effort. She should start giving intent and affirmations to find her "sweet spot" in life and to fulfill her contracts and then listen to her gut feelings and expect clear messages from out of the blue.

I'm not saying she'll have an easy life, oh no, people born on the 16/7 day and with an 8 life lesson # came here to work hard and have an epic life so they would learn a LOT and become even more spiritually focused through strife. They are not only working for their own growth but for the planet's as well, so the burdens they carry are immense. This often makes them tired and they do need periods of total rest and relaxation, visits to natural settings with trees, mountains, lakes, oceans; and visits to foreign countries. If they neglect to do this, they will get very sick so that they are FORCED to take a break, stop and smell the roses. Tell her that she needs to understand that proper sleep and rest is just as much a work/business tool as a computer! :)

She should be a free-thinker, life scientist, get into esoteric subjects like numerology, astrology, Tarot, theosophy, Essenes, Gnostic, etc. She should travel the entire world, not just America.

This kid is going to be super-sensitive to criticism of any kind. An old soul, he will want that recognized, the fact that he is "noble," right away! :) Be sure to teach him that "handsome is as handsome does" and the Golden Rule - treat others as you would have them treat you. I just posted recently about a child that needs a kind of "discipline without discipline" on this page, check that post out, the same applies here.

He'll have a strong will, determination, will want to take on tough challenges, lead causes, foster high ambitions. he may be easily provoked, frustrated and prone to outbursts of temper. He'll prefer being a leader, in charge of organizing complex businesses.

The 43/7 life lesson # will temper these qualities somewhat, however, so most likely he'll be the "go to guy" and make friends easily. He will definitely travel to other lands, will probably want to get his pilot's license, even.

He may appear hard and even refined on the outside, but on the inside he's sweet as honey and a soft teddy bear. :)
