your *personal* year begins and ends on your b-day, so technically you're not halfway thru it yet. :) August is a 4 month for you, so not much will happen this month, but September is a 5 month, if anything's going to happen it should hapepn then. Could be all you do is go on a weekend trip, could be more, but YOU have to take steps! You have to do the groundwork. You have to be a partner in whatever the Universe is going to do WITH you and for you.

First step you have to do is *state out loud* the changes you want to make. What are your goals? new job? New place to live? More people to hang out with? New learning? Make a list, connect to the Universe or God or Cosmic Forces or your personal Guides, whatever you're comfortable with, and state your goal.

A good goal is specific and leaves out any methods of achieving that goal - don't limit Spirit.

A good goal mentions intent - what is your true intent?

A well-written goal mentions purpose - what the job is for - and direction - details about the work such as wanting to work from home or with a company with a clear mission statement that values its employees with a good benefits package.

For instance, let's say you wanted a new job. Your intent may be to find a better work atmosphere; higher salary; shorter commute time; to help people. You can be specific, such as say the job title and leave it a bit open by saying "or something similar" after the job title.

State your goals, thank the Universe etc., and disconnect and start looking. Go on your job hunt and follow *any* intuition that comes your way, no matter how odd, even if you feel a strange compulsion to talk to a stranger standing in line and telling them that you're job hunting. Just DO it. Tweet
