This year isn't going to get much easier than last year. Sorry. It will get interesting!

An 11/2 (her) year can be a year of great inspiration, ideas, messages - both intuition and actual mail type messages. It's a year that requires a balancing act, good partnership skills... diplomacy, tact. Choosing times of action very carefully, being slow to take offense.

14/5 (his year) is all about change. Careers, jobs, abodes, relationships, ideas. It's a year for short trips, feeling more communicative.

Since you're challenged by 1 and he 4, he needs to be better at structure, self-discipline, organizatino, while you need to be better at stating your needs clearly rather than hiding them and playing the "you should know what's what" blame game.
