I have this book too and love it as well...however I put it away for a while and tend to forget what it says...Funny I got it back out the other day after shelley "read" me..Shelley you did give me more info that I didn't already know so thanks again.

If you like that book you'll surely enjoy his others. Look for Way of the Peaceful Warrior. It has a sequal that is waiting for me to read yet.

Shelley I'm sorry you have to give up books. I have them all over the house...Can't bear to part with them!
