Well, WOW.

In the fast-speed connection lane eh? And moving onto a super-highway that is not as familiar. Sounds perfect! 450, like you suggested, could be about your 9-ness...but your LARGER 9-ness - getting in touch with your fuller Divine Self. Makes sense. (I'll leave it to Shelleycat to break it down further!)

But I have to say that the more familiar 394...has that darn 4 as an ending which is the Earthly, restrictive, challenging, Saturnian number.

But the less familiar super-highway high-speed connection number ends with the Divine (0) and starts with the Earthly (4). Makes a lot of sense! It also makes sense that your father is there as a representative of this 'other' world that you are learning to navigate.
