Kryon is very big on getting quiet and voicing one's intent to become a lightworker or claim your peace and self-worth, to become a Master, however you wish to phrase it and direct your intent. :)

You can volunteer to be a lightworker, or just work on yourself.

First is releasing all drama, including emotional addictions of all kinds. Verbally state your intention to choose peace and joy, your birthrights.

Second is claiming self-worth or inner angel, which means meeting all your fears head-on until you realize they are your own creation. Then you are advised to play, do something creative every day, help others, exercise and meditate immediately after exercising.

And always watch what you say, because even if you're being sarcastic it will be taken literally. Like when something awful happens and you say "that's great!" your body thinks you want more of that and tunes your antenna for more.

These are great ways to balance out whatever challenges you have still doing the good ol' pendulum swing from one extreme to another. :) Tweet
