Ultimately, you feel that this action will balance the structure of your life (4) so that your work will have more meaning. You want to feel a certain amount of sameness, dependability, safety. I feel this is aimed towards your home life, but it could be work-related too. Either way, there are other people involved adn the trick is to work cooperatively towards a common goal.
