What is causing this Diarrhea?

What is causing this Diarrhea?

I have been a CUREZONE person for several years now with GB problems being the reason I came to begin with. I was diagnosed with Hiatal Hernia before the GB thing started.
It has been 2 1/2 years of keeping the GB surgery away. I am getting very frustrated with my intestinal problems and just want to rip it all out some days. (today being one of them) I thought I was better after all of the flushes I have done over the years and eating better.

Lately I have been having diarrhea that won't leave. Does anyone have a clue as to why this is happening?

I don't know if it is GB related, Hiatal Hernia related, food allergy related or something totally new.

Any insight anyone?
