Recommending a post for the R page

On the top of page 14 of the #13 Lemonade Fast Forum, are two posts by Squeaky Clean that I'd like to recommend become RECOMMENDED posts.

Squeaky is a gourmet cook, and also quite knowledgeable about the dangers and benefits of specific foods and food groups. I've noticed a VERY frequently asked question is dining/eating right post MC, and Squeaky addresses this in detailed length.

The post main is called FOOD: KNOWLEDGE AND PRACTICE (to all gourmets) and there's another one, 2 or three posts down in response to CK, that advises on how and why to break the cheese/dairy habit.

So far, I've been recommending these periodically to new people as they ask, but i'll soon be gone. It would be helpful to others to have ready access to this info!
