3rd Flush Success Story!!

Well it's the afternoon after my third flush and this one went wonderful! So far I have passed about 235 stones. I followed the intstructions perfectly this time and it really does make a huge difference. My opinion on a few things is this: mix the espom salts with organic apple juice and it tastes a whole lot better. And also use fresh squeezed grapefruits instead of lemons because it tastes alot better and it mixes a whole lot better with the olive oil. Also another bit of advice that worked well for me: Have a few pieces of peppermint candy with you and just suck on it for maybe 5-10 seconds after you drink you Epsom Salts each time and after you drink you oil mixture. It totally knocks out the after taste and all you taste is peppermint after ward. So anyways, just wanted to share a few secrets for what made my third flush to successful!
