Like usual corporate top down management, they probably are only told part of the truth, such as the aluminum content in the atmosphere is needed to protect us all from global warming. Perhaps they aren't told about the immuno suppresive elemnts that go along with it. They aren't aware of the synchronous aspect that HAARP requires a blanket of conductivity to spread its frequencies.

Or perhaps their so brainwashed they think that serving the NWO, they will have it good. Hitler had people that knowingly did what they did too. Diifferent strokes for different folks. Tweet
