Last I knew, the taxpayer pays for the access roads the lumber companie
build to access the "dead" timber. Usually the clear cutting areas
can't be seen by the average citizen. The roads are a start for hillside
erosion and the washed out soil winds up in our rivers and streams.
West Virginia and Kentucky are prime examples of what Shrub plans
for all of our national forests. He squats on a desert so that should
