Re: Woman beats IRS in court!

The IRS has been scared to death of someone winning this case.
I am not learned in the judicial flow of court appeals, but I
strongly believe the case will be appealed upward until the IRS
wins. I can't imagine these higher courts declaring the US goverment
null and void. IRS just doesn't want publicity. Besides, the lady
must have made millions to owe that much - aren't taxes necessary
for maintaining infrastructure, protecting our citzens and socially
responsible?
