eczema scarring

I have also thru this past year had some major scarring from eczema on my arms. I have just recently improved from a winter break out. I haven't tried anything because I have no idea where to start. My daughter is getting married in 3 weeks and when I looked for a dress I had to make sure it was long sleeved as well as long length. I would appreciate any new info on clearing up scars. I'm sure it will be too late for the wedding, but I am already covered for that occasion. If there is something I would like to try it before summer is in full force.
