Next?....why is my scalp and butt so itchy?

I've been on the yeast-free diet for 14 days, and doing P&B shakes and threelac. My scalp feels so itchy and tingles like something's moving under my skin. Also for the past two nights, around 11 or so my butt (sorry its graphic) has been so itchy and there too it feels like something is moving in there. Freaks me out.

Don't tell me worms? Nothing could be living in my scalp right???
