Thank you for clarifying that. I am going to try probiotics and see how that helps as well. In last two days my belly has gotten worse, I really look pregnant. Also feels heavy although my weight has remianed the same. I do not do Sugar etc. I take stevis with my teas. So I am really worried, I know I have stressful life which creates cortisol levels spikes and thus belly fat. I must exercise heavily to get rid of this.
