Castor Oil Caps
Cloe...you can get castor oil caps at the health food store. They are much easier to go down than the oil...that oil is horrible. Also, if you freeze them they will pass through into your intestines and kill parasites.
I worked for a nutritionist and colon therapist. She had many of her clients use the castor oil caps.
