Castor oil is a very strange catalyst. I use it to keep cold sores from incessing, heal abresions, prevent severe sunburn, stop Arthritis pain and muscle pains, heal rashes, integrate surgery scars into pliable, properly healed skin tissue, cure the insane itching on my nose at times when I need to pay attention to my work and keep my hands from drying up. if you'll notice all of these have to do with the epidermis (skin). I think what happened is that the castor oil packs destroyed the protien that protects fat cells from being absorbed into the body. Then it just tightened the stretched out calls in her stomach or even removed the excess cells of the stomach and asked the body to redistribute them to areas of much more need.
