I'm quite new to the Body Ecology diet - just reading through the book now. And it all looks very exciting.
I was a fruitarian for about 16 years before I came down with chronic fatigue.
Anyway, I find it hard not to eat fruit although I eat far less than I used to. My digestion is pretty poor from all the raw food. I've tried days without fruit but I feel so tired.
My question is a lot of fruit is lower on the Glycemic Index than grains like millet and quinoa so wouldn't it be better to eat fruit than grains? I hope that's not too stupid a question!
