I just purchased a rebounder a few days ago and I find its results already AMAZING. I am just 24 but since I was 21 I have a stubborn cellulite on legs, especially on thighs, and upper arms. I think it has a psychological cause because it all showed up within a month whwn I was very upset and it didn't get worse during the following years,but anything I tried wasn't able to improve it. NOw I am rebounding 10 min 3 times a day and I really see results, my skin is definitively more vibrant and those hard pea-like lumps behind my knees and thighs are getting softer. I ' m only on the third day and I didn' expect for anything that quick and easy,, even fun!!! I suggest everybody that has cellulite problems to have a try.
Ps after rebounding I suggest having dry skin brushing and a warm bath, then a cold shower and an oil massage.
