Please help...CANCER

My 41 year old niece has been diagnosed with cancer. The doctors say it is either melanoma,Hodgkins,orlymphoma. They are stil running tests to determine which of the 3 it is. Because her lymph nodes are obviously involved, would she benefit from dry skin brushing & rebounding or would it stir up too much internally at this point? We are trying to get her into juicing and building up her immune system. Another niece (37 years old)died from melanoma 3 years ago and our nephew(age 32) is battling aggressive brain cancer. All this cancer in our family is so overwhelming. We are Christians and know the Lord will be with them, but we are so sad they have to go through the suffering. Thanks for any help you can give.
