HELP!! nightmare with sister-in-law

We recently went and picked up my very depressed sister-in-law from TX, because she needed help. She has three children and she was advised by her doctor to use benedryl to put her children to bed at night. This is only one of the MANY meds she shoves down their throat at night. When they wake up in the night crying they get another dose of benedryl, tylenol, gas and bloating med, and athsma medicine. Her thought is that one of those things will take care of the reason they woke up. The next morning they are cranky and she is giving them more benedryl to go back to bed 2 hours after they wake up. My guess is that they are going through withdrawls in the morning and not ready for more meds and bed. They are always sick with something and they look so drugged all the time. I never give my kids medication unless it is very serious. My kids are never sick and are very healthy. It has been ages since we have been to the doctor for anything and then we always leave thoroughly discusted with their advice. I know that medication causes more harm than good and only "puts a band aid" on the real issue. How can I convince her of this? Everytime I see her drug her kids up I wnat to call social services but I'm sure they would not see a problem with what she is doing. I know there is great info out there about the harmful effect of medication but when I did a search on the internet I couldn't find what I was looking for. it can't be anything way out there or she will never be convinced. I would appreciate ANY help on this before those kids die of an overdose!
