and then i would also back it up with blood purifier immune boosting crystals etc

as soon as i get a bit more time, i will write you up a list of ones i would consider,

off top of my head i would suggest, hematite, bloodstone, malachite.. etc..
i will you can use a single terminated quartz crystal and hold it over your body areas and hold the terminated part fron your body into the malachite to help draw out impurites negatives etc.

be sure to cleanse and recharge the malachite after each use.
i would sleep with hematite every night.. and anyhow
