After a migraine headache (my first ever) on Days 2 and 3, on Day 4 the clouds parted. I even exercised for the first time in ages, during which I almost cried out of happiness just for feeling good enough to be moving. I'm really looking forward to the coming days to see how much better this gets!
I have really reduced the syrup in my lemonades. Two tablespoons was just too sweet, even when I added more water. I'm down to about 3/4 of a tablespoon. Will this be a problem? I'm feeling great, not hungry at all.
