yes..i am starting today. i would be happy to correspond. i am heading out to the store now for the lemons and maple syrup b & p shakes....etc.

i have never done this for 10 days. tried it once for a few days (didn't know that 10 days was the min. - before this website).

i'd be happy to share stories.
did you do the salt flush yet? i am thinking i will do it now...
