I overworked myself last week and ended up with a really sore shoulder. I thought it was just muscle strain but it wouldn't get any better. On the advice of a friend I went to see my chiropractor. he said my shoulder was out but just slightly, enough to be pinching a nerve or something. I know within a few hrs it was back out again. The next morning I heard a pop and it was back in, I think. Later, the pain was back and am sure it is back out. Now I know it is, I can't even sleep descent at night.
My question to anyone--is there any way to correct this on your own without constantly going back to the chiropractor?
I wondering because ocassionally I put my wrist out. Sometimes it goes back in on it's own, other times I have to see my chiropractor.
