Well, I don't know much about the flush, as I haven't done it yet, but be sure you drink gaterade or something to replenish your electrolytes. (Sea salt works too!) If the diarrhea does not stop and you are getting worried about it, Carob will help stop it, as it is high in Potassium, Bananas are too. I hope more people comment!
