Very annoyed about burns from zapper with wrist straps

If there is anybody from Dr Clark shop reading these messages I wish to complain about the rash of burning, red, itchy skin that has now covered my wrists as a result of zapping with program drivers. Quite apart from the discomfort and the worryingly angry look of it, I will have to stop using the zapper in order for it to heal, after which I can only expect it to come again unless someone can tell me how to get around it. Lastly comes the fact that I have paid out quite a lot for the zapper and program drivers which I now can't use. I am not the only person to suffer from this, as these forums will testify, and I didn't get burned when I did standard zapping without program drivers. I am a great fan of the zapper but this is an issue which has to be dealt with. Please - someone in authority answer this call for help !
