Can I eat "good fats" with gall stones?

I have been diagnosed with gallstones, and have done one successful flush. I plan on doing more soon. So, when I eat badly, I still have gallstone attacks later that day or the next morning. So, my question is, is it alright for me to be eating good fats? (ex. I ate a whole avocado earlier and then freaked out after I ate it). I know eating a cheeseburger is bad of course, but avocados are very high in fat also, but it's the good fat. Will this throw me into a gallstone attack? Please help!! Thanks!

Valerie
