NO vote

Some forums had the 'NO' vote part disabled soon after the feature was added. Many of us did NOT want to see cries for help in Support Forums receive 'no' votes so Dusan made most support areas 'positive vote only' zones. You can still click it, but it will not show. If you notice the messages posted here, none of them state "2 of 2" or "3 of 4" or such, all simply show the number of 'yes' votes.
