As far as I know, you must create a new email account and then create a new user name. When I have tried to create a new user name with the same email account, the server will refuse to recognize the new ID. It is very easy to set up a new yahoo account.

1.Make a new email address and for fun make the new address similar to the new user name you want.

Example: My yahoo email account might be Moderator0007@yahoo.com and my user name is Moderator7

2. Create a new user name and when it asks for your email address... then you will have an opportunity to have a new user name. I really think that is the only way.

3. Other than that, you might butter up the Webmaster and wish for the best. But the Webmaster has lots of other duties with his job and it might take a while. You might send flowers or put the Webmaster in your living will(lol). I don't even know if the Webmaster can do it but that might be the only way. It only takes a few minutes to create an email acount and to get an ID. If you want it quick though, I would go with # 1 & 2.
