Question about emailing via Curezone - privacy concern!

Hi!
If I send an email to someone via curezone, will the recipient receive a message from my anonymous #33901 or will it show my name and actual email address?
What happens if I allow forum members to email me? I understand that my email address will not be visible on the forum, but what happens if someone emails a response rather than posting it on the forum?
Please clarify how this works.
