It's funny you should mention how posts are being overlooked because I just addressed this same thing to the team a couple of days ago. We have all gotten a little lazy about not monitoring forums like we should. I, for one, am trying to do better. Your post just made me realize just how important it is for the team members to read as many posts as they can. You never know when the next "R" and "R&N" may be! It's supporters like you that makes curezone the success it is and we don't EVER need to forget that.
