Pregnancy with a hiatal hernia

Hi, I have had a hiatal hernia since about age 12 I am 29 now. For the past 5 months it has gotten worse, I now have acid and sometimes cant swallow and get spasams. I am taking zantac 75 it really helps but I still feel my stomach has changed all the sudden. I really want to be able to carry a child but scared that this problem will get worse. I also have xtra heart beats and a rib problem, the doctor said its a loose rib I have no idea why I have this but I have had it for over 10 years, it recently has gotten worse also. What I want to know is will my hiatal hernia get bigger if I decide to carry a child? and are any of the other problems dangerous? right now my hernia is mid size but the symptoms feel like its large. I really am scared I will strangle from the baby pushing up can this happen?
