when you go to the homepage and click on liver cleanse on the left you will get several kinds of flushes. it worked for me, i liked the idea that i was eating icecream for my health??!! also tried icecream without the olive oil, i did get a couple of green stones out. i keep trying different things, it's fun. good luck johanna
