I'm really not that experienced to give advice but the one thing that helps me when I feel really miserable is to eat light no sugar, white flour, or hydrogenated oils.After a couple of days of eating light I feel better. Also a lot of water. I always get stressed out before traveling and once I get going I feel better.I'm always afraid I'm going to be sick and I make myself sick. Maybe you have a hiatal hernia. I'm not a doctor and I wouldn't take advice from one either. Maybe someone here can give you some advice.
