Yesterdays Results

I did the Liver Flush on Tuesday evening and followed the schedule as outlined. The Epsom Salts mixed with the grapefruit and tried to concentrate on the taste of the grapefruit instead of the Epsom Salts . It wasn't that bad tasting. And the last drink with the olive oil...I took it with the straw and that way I barely tasted the olive oil. I didn't want to barf like some say they have. I also took some herbs for sleeping well with the first sips of the oil drink.

I woke up about 2 a.m. and felt wet. I was sleeping so hard I had a bit of diarehha on my underwear. I got up and went some more. No stones...just bowel movement! I thought I screwed up the cleanse.

I woke up again at 7:30 a.m. and had more diarehha. This time there were some big emerald & tan stones. I was so excited I called my husband to come and look. LOL! He wouldn't look. He was just happy it worked for me. They were a little less than an inch long. Not perfectly round tho'. Kinda oval shaped.
I went some more throughout the morning (they were smaller after the first bathroom visit) and counted approximately 200 stones that passed.

I was not grouchy or very ill after passing all those stones. However, I did sleep for 3 hours straight. I plan on doing another in 2 weeks.

How many flushes do most people do before they start seeing amazing results like allergies going away, etc?
