Did you do the salt water flush along with the Epsom Salt and grapefruit juice in the morning? At 6 am you take 3/4 Cup of the e/salt and juice mix, then later do a salt water flush, and at 8 am the last of the e/salt and juice mix? Or do you skip the morning ritual of the Epsom Salt juice mix and just do the salt water flush?
