It has many advantages, if consumed in appropriate amount. Any foods, if we consumed in large amount, it can be dangerous for our health. To gain our weight, the sources must from carbohydrate (to get enough energy to do work) and from protein (to build new tissues, and of coures a minute of fats. It cannot just from protein.
