Hi Ptree... I am currently doing two PB shakes a day one in the morning and one at night. I am experiencing constipation with just the two shakes, so does this mean I should back off or increase? I am eating mostly veggies and avoiding all mucus forming foods, so as not to slow things down any further.
I did try a 3 shakes for a couple of days, but began to have headaches.
Is this normal or do you think I might be better off with the HH?
