Ptree: Long lasting colon cleanse :)

Hi, I would like to thanks for all your support and the knowledge you share with us!!

Mi question:

As you know I have done Colon cleansing using Holistic Horizons protocol.
I have passed a lot of mucoid plaque. I used initially for 3 months and then I stopped.
Then I decided to take probiotics. While taking probiotics I passed more mucoid plaque. So, I decided to take again HH shakes.

I have been passing more mucoid plaque since then but not continuosly. However I am concern about using HH for such a long time because it says the body can get used to the herbs and therefore they are not as effective as at the beginning.
I want to stop HH for a while and in that way I can continue with it later.

I am trying to decide what approach to continue since I still have mucoid plaque. I have been thinking about:

1. Psylium and Bentonite shakes. ( I am concern about the bloating and constipation)
2. Dr Schulze formulas
3. Colosan
4. Experience

I think my bowel cleansing has taken such a long time because I have suffered from constipation all my life. I feel I have not gotten rid of the oldest mucoid plaque in my body.

Even though I have experienced a lot of improvement, I still pass green/grey little pieces of mucoid plaque.

I have passed some black pieces also. I think I still have more inside. I wish I could afford colonics, but I cannot right now.

I am also taking enemas and having Castor Oil packs daily.
What is your opinion about my dilemma?
