Yay Patty! That's great! It's true, one can usually feel crummy before the old mucoid plaque passes....because the toxins are stirred up (pried loose) and that bulk is moving uncomfortably through you! Keep up the good diet, the b&p's and LOTS of warm water and you'll probably continue to pass more. I sure noticed how at the beginning I had big long ropes then at the end (after about 50 days of non-consecutive b&ping over 3 months) I had only tiny little frond/branch like things with weird teeny balls on the ends! They were bizarre I tell you! Probably from the small intestine!

Keep it up! Maybe your husband will be inspired to take the b&p's after he sees what it does for you!
